TrisKel Guardians Help Kids Explore The World

New adventure book series will help children learn about foreign cultures

Mariana Belzares and Maria Alejandra Curiel are two mothers who have set their sights on sharing their love of cultural diversity. Together, the two have created a book series, “The Adventures of the TrisKel Guardians,” a book based around children exploring and solving mysteries.

Triskel Guardians is the first book to a series, and the first of it’s kind. “The message is a call to action,” says Curiel. “We invite youth to explore, protect and share.” Each book visits a different country and transmits values and general knowledge about the culture. The reader is led through mysteries, given maps to follow, and is taken through vivid cultures expected to spark the imagination.

Readers who purchase the book will also work in tandem with UNICEF and UNESCO, as a portion of the proceeds raised for the book will be donated to those organizations.

The book is set to release and ship worldwide November of 2017, once funds have been secured and illustrations are completed.
